For a fleeting kind instant
You lit up the sleeping sky
With a shining streak
Bright, sleek and high

We made many a wish
Though allowed just one
And dared to see dreams
Of bouquet from a tiny bud

A shooting star does not last
It's a flash in a starry night
A sign of the better to come

Dark thoughts surround,

As my feelings are drowned

A far cry I hear

In my mind's sphere

Isn't there any one I can call a friend

Why is the world  a cruel fiend

I wish I had a hand to hold

When my heart had a story untold

Along comes she with her smile & Shine

Wins over my heart & Soul

And her charms have my emotions unroll

With her warmth  & winning heart

She takes my worries apart

I have a soul mate  just right
